Founders

ACS, Inc. was founded by Timothy Weeks and William “BJ” Williams in 2006 to meet the growing need for self-service in the Home Improvement/Architectural Coatings marketplace. With over 30 years experience in the Home Improvement industry and 20+ years in the engineering and design sector, ACS has positioned itself as an innovator and leader in paint dispensing solutions.

Timothy Weeks
Tim is the President of ACS Inc. and has 17 years experience in the Home Improvement Industry relating to Architectural Coatings. He is also a Co-Founder and active Principal of GPC Inc., a nationwide service provider in the House Painting Services category. Previously, Tim spent 12 years with Behr Paint Corporation and was responsible for over $1 Billion in sales as Sr. Vice President Sales Operations. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ferris State University.

William J. Williams
William "BJ" is the Chief Operating Engineer of ACS Inc. and CEO of his own design company. He has over 20 years experience in high performance aero-structures for the Aerospace Industry in such prominent organizations as Kestrel Aircraft, Aerojet, AGATE, and the U.S. Air Force. Career positions included Chief Engineer, Senior Consultant, and Principle Designer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and many accolades from his tour of duty in the U.S. Navy.
