How The ACS Paint Kiosk Works

Today, the ACS Paint Sample Kiosk is available to support one brand and one sheen. The option to expand the offering is viable. The ACS Paint Sample Kiosk can be upgraded to support a Spectrophotometer option allowing computer color matching from any color sample, such as complimentary linens, flooring, window treatments, or any swatch that meets the requirements for measuring color.

Once the color is selected, the consumer inserts an applicator into the dispensing station with the tint hole facing up and the Paint Sample Kiosk dispenses enough paint base and colorant for a 4 oz. paint sample. This provides enough paint for a 4-foot by 4-foot quality application to the surface area being tested.

A minimum of three different color samples are suggested to ensure proper color selection. The consumer simply discards the applicator once finished and all paint residue inside has completely dried.
